Welcome to the 2016 Eau Claire Triathlon
Thanks to all the participants, volunteers and sponsors who helped to make this year's event a success!
There are pictures posted from the event here.
On June 5, 2016 Eau Claire will host its seventh annual sprint distance triathlon. Over the past six years, beginners and veteran triathletes alike have used our race as a great way to get their summers started with a bang! Competitors have the opportunity to compete individually or as part of a team. The race course includes a swim in Halfmoon Lake, a bike ride through the rolling hills of western Wisconsin countryside, and a run through historic Carson Park. Sign up early, limited entries are available!
The Eau Claire Triathlon is once again pleased to welcome our young competitors for the second annual kids triathlon on Saturday, June 4, 2016. Kids ages 7-14 are invited to compete individually or as teams in a swim at Halfmoon Beach, bike through Carson Park, and run along the Chippewa Valley State Trail. Participate race weekend as a family and kick start a memorable summer of fun, physical, family activity!
We want the Eau Claire Triathlon to be a first class event, that inspires people to become physically active, and most importantly, raise money to support organizations whose missions we believe in. Over the past six years, all of our proceeds have been donated to Friends of the Orphans, the Chippewa Valley Free Clinic and the B-Side Community. Thanks to the support of our sponsors and participants, we've had the privilege of donating over $40,000 to these worthy causes.
